Former WWE World Champion Jack Swagger was found guilty of DUI and other charges today in a Mississippi courtroom.
Swagger was pulled over for speeding in February by Gulfport police about 90 minutes after a Smackdown taping had taken place in nearby Biloxi. The police had then found a small trace of marijuana in the car as well, which the possession charge was dropped by Judge Felicia Dunn-Burke.
Swagger was sentenced to 6 months unsupervised probation, fined $1,498 (including court costs) and ordered to participate in MASEP, an alcohol / substance education class for first-time DUI offenders.
Swagger has not been on WWE programming the last few weeks due to a severed tendon in his thumb.
