Brian Stann Filling In For Joe Rogan To Do Commentary At UFC 163

It didn’t take Brian Stann long to find gigs outside of fighting.

It was announced last night on “UFC Tonight”, on Fuel TV that Brian Stann will be filling in for Joe Rogan to do color commentary alongside Mike Goldberg at UFC 163 next Saturday night.

UFC 163 will be taking place at the HSBC in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, with the card being headlined by UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo defending his title against Chan Sung Jung.

Brian Stann called it quits a few weeks back after his fight of the year candidate loss against Wanderlei Silva in March. It was also announced a few weeks back that Stann will apart of the Fox Sports South team commentating for the Atlantic Coast Conference during college football season.

Stann has been apart of the Fox Sports team since the UFC started on Fox in 2012 doing analysis for the UFC on Fox and Fuel shows whether it was a pre or post-fight show.

No reason was given as to why Rogan will not be able to commentate at UFC 163.
