First In-Ring Segment:
We open the show with Paul Heyman in the ring with Renee Young. Renee says Cesaro faces Sheamus tonight, but Heyman stops her. Heyman brags about how Brock Lesnar broke the streak. He says the fans can not boo that fact and he continues to shove it down the throats of the fans. Out comes Sheamus. Sheamus says that Heyman thinks Sheamus doesn’t belong in the same breath as Cesaro and Brock Lesnar. He says that Heyman is so well at introducing his clients, so he introduces himself. He says he is the US Champion and tells Renee that if Heyman doesn’t leave the ring in 5 seconds, he will kick Heyman’s head off. Heyman says he can’t do that in front of a lady, so Sheamus asks Renee to leave the ring.
Sheamus begins to count to 5 and Paul Heyman eggs him on. Sheamus gets to 4 and Heyman leaves the ring. Cesaro comes from behind and attacks Sheamus. Cesaro hits the Neutralizer and then goes for the swing. Heyman stops him and tells Sheamus he told Cesaro not to swing him because he wants there to be something left of Sheamus for later tonight. He says Cesaro will prove that he is the name of this show; the main event.
First Match: Damien Sandow vs. Dolph Ziggler
Dolph and Sandow lock up, with Sandow hitting an elbow to the face to gain control. Dolph however reverses Sandow into a dropkick. Sandow gets up and throws Ziggler into the ring post. Ziggler falls to the outside and Sandow gets him back in the ring. Sandow hits an elbow and then goes for a cover, but only gets a two count. Sandow then hits multiple knees to the head on Ziggler, and then begins to work the back with his knees. Ziggler is whipped into the corner, but then hits an elbow to get back into the match. Sandow however fights off Zigglers flurry with his own elbows to the head in the corner.
Ziggler however dodges a splash in the corner, and then bounces off the ropes and hits a big lariat. Ziggler then starts his comeback, and follows it with a neckbreaker. Sandow however gets a roll up, but only gets a two. Sandow then puts in a submission maneuver, but Ziggler gets to the ropes. Sandow then goes for a back suplex, but Ziggler lands on his feet and hits the Zig Zag for the three count!
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
Second Match: Emma vs. Alicia Fox
Alicia grabs the mic and says she is surprised that Emma showed up. She then throws the mic at Emma and then begins the beat down. The ref asks if Emma is ready. Emma says she is and the match starts. Alicia immediately goes on the offensive, hitting a backbreaker, and then whipping Emma to the outside. Emma is then bounced off the barricade, and then thrown back into the ring. Alicia goes for a cover but only gets a two count. Alicia then hits a facebuster, but gets caught in the turnbuckle by Emma. Alicia however gets a kick to the head and continues to mock Emma. Emma then rolls up Alicia for the three count.
Alicia tries to attack Emma but Emma gets out. Alicia then begins to have a mental breakdown outside of the ring. Fox also attacks Byron Saxton and Tom Phillips.
We go backstage with Sheamus. Sheamus says that he is counting down the minutes to face Cesaro, but tonight will not be a match, it will be a fight. We are then shown a tale of the tape of Cesaro and Sheamus.
This week’s Raw Rebound features the announcement from Daniel Bryan and the attack from Kane later on that night.
The Authority will have a state of address on Raw to discuss the future of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
Third Match: Sheamus vs. Cesaro w/Paul Heyman
Cesaro starts the match laying in tough shots to the head on Sheamus. Sheamus however fights back with big blows of his own. Sheamus hits a knee to the head, and then Cesaro begins to lay in some uppercuts. Sheamus lays in uppercuts of his own, and then the two begin to exchange their own uppercuts. Sheamus wins the fight, and pushes Cesaro in the corner. Cesaro rolls to the outside and begins to plan something out with Heyman. Sheamus however goes to the outside, and slams Cesaro into the steel steps. Cesaro rolls into the ring and then rolls out and talks strategy with Heyman again. Sheamus is then caught with a flurry of uppercuts, and then begins to choke Sheamus with the middle rope.
Sheamus however fights back in the corner, and then hits a running knee to Cesaro. Sheamus goes to the top rope and hits the Battering Ram on Cesaro. Sheamus goes for the cover and gets a two count. Sheamus then sets Cesaro up and hits the 10 blows to the chest on Cesaro. Sheamus then hits a suplex but only gets a two count. Sheamus then puts Cesaro in a headlock, but Cesaro pushes him into the corner, and then hits a running uppercut, and two big boots. Cesaro then hits an uppercut to the back of the head, and then goes for a cover but only gets a two count. Sheamus fights back and then hits a rolling senton. Sheamus goes up top but Cesaro stops him. Cesaro then goes up top and launches Sheamus off the top rope. Cesaro goes for the cover but only gets a two count. We then get a quick commercial break.
We return with Cesaro in control over Sheamus. Cesaro and Sheamus then begin to trade blows, with Cesaro hitting a big kick to knock Sheamus down. Sheamus however gets up and then begins his comeback. Cesaro however halts the comeback with a vicious clothesline. Cesaro goes for the cover but only gets a two count. Sheamus however hits the Irish Curse when he gets up. Sheamus goes for the cover but Cesaro kicks out at two. Sheamus goes for the Clover Leaf but he can’t lock it in. Sheamus then hits a powerslam and then goes for the cover, but only gets a two count. Sheamus then goes for White Noise but Cesaro gets out. Sheamus then goes for the Brogue Kick but Cesaro ducks into a German Suplex for a two count. Sheamus then hits White Noise but Cesaro kicks out at two.
Sheamus then calls for the Brogue Kick but Cesaro rolls out of the way. Cesaro goes up top but Sheamus hits Cesaro, knocking Cesaro to the outside. Sheamus then goes up top and dives onto Cesaro on the outside. Cesaro gets up and throws Sheamus over the barricade. Cesaro then breaks the count and whips Sheamus into the barricade. Sheamus and Cesaro continue to beat each other down in the crowd, and the ref counts to 10 as both men are counted out.
Both men continue to brawl but Cesaro gets a chair and hits Sheamus with it. They both get in the ring and Cesaro grabs the chair, but is nailed with a Brogue Kick. Sheamus stands tall to end Main Event.
Winner: Double Countout
