Daniel Bryan To Forfeit WWE Title, New Champion To Be Crowned At Money In The Bank

Daniel Bryan is a happy man

In a report from SEScoops.com, WWE world heavyweight champion Daniel Bryan will be forfeiting the title and a new champion will be crowned at Money in the Bank. The report states that Bryan will not be medically cleared for show and the winner of the Money in the Bank ladder match will be the new WWE world heavyweight champion.

Almost four weeks ago, Bryan had neck surgery and a return date was unknown at the time. WWE had hoped Bryan was going to be able to wrestle at MITB. No word on when Bryan will be forfeiting the title.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that WWE knows who they will be going with as the champion.
