WWE Diva Emma Back with Company

Just hours after she was given her release, WWE diva Emma has been re-hired by the company.

WWE posted the news of her re-instatement on its website:

Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law.

Emma was arrested on Monday in Hartford, CT and charged with sixth-degree larceny for stealing an iPod case at a local Wal-Mart.   However, her lawyer claimed that she simply did not scan the item in the self-checkout line.

All along, it sounded like a simple mistake and it was quite astounding that she was released over the incident.  Even is she did intend on stealing it, I would chalk it up as a dumb mistake from someone young.  Everyone deserves a second chance.

Now if she can just can just drop the cobra …
