WWE Friday Night Smackdown Spoilers For Friday July 11, 2014

WWE Friday Night Smackdown tapings took place last night in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The show will air on Friday night on the SyFy channel starting at 8 p.m. ET. Here is what happened at the tapings.

Roman Reigns and Rusev had a tussle to kickoff the show. The confrontation ended abruptly.

-WWE Divas Champion A.J. Lee beat Cameron. There were a few C.M. Punk chants. AJ won after Naomi came out and distracted Cameron.

Renee Young interviewed Randy Orton backstage. He hyped his match with Chris Jericho for later in the show.

-Adam Rose beat Fandango (w/Layla) by count out. There was an effort to get dueling chants going, but it was the wrong city for that. Summer Rae attacked Layla out of nowhere, which led to Fandango being counted out. Rose hit the Party Foul after the three minute match.

-WWE Tag Team Champions The Uso Brothers defeated Heath Slater and Titus O’Neil. Slater still came out to the “We’re a Three Man Band” theme song. A squash win for the tag champs. After the match, the Uso Brothers cut a promo about facing Luke Harper and Erick Rowan at Battleground.

A new commercial for WWE2K15 featuring John Cena aired.

-Randy Orton beat Chris Jericho. Jericho made his entrance and the Wyatt Family appeared on the big screen and sang “The Whole World…” which woke up the live crowd. Orton was out next and was a heat magnet. Jericho is so loved that it had the crowd louder. There was a lot of brawling outside the ring to start with Orton getting the upper hand and cutting off Jericho’s momentum. Jericho was distracted by the Wyatt Family music and hit the RKO for the win.

-Layla fought Summer Rae to a no-contest when both women attacked special referee Fandango.

-Goldust beat Ryback.

-Bo Dallas defeated Diego and El Torito in a handicap match.

-Roman Reigns beat Rusev by DQ when Randy Orton interfered.
