Daniel Bryan Stops Attempted Robbery Of His Home

Daniel Bryan hasn’t been seen on WWE television since the Money in the Bank pay-per-view last month. The former WWE champion made an appearance for the company yesterday at the Mattel panel at the San Diego Comic-Con. Bryan and his wife Brie Bella returned to their home in Phoenix, Arizona on Thursday night to only find two men trying to take stuff from their home.

TMZ reports that the burglars dropped the stolen items when they saw Bryan and Bella return to their home. The attempted robbers started running and Bryan caught up to one of them and put them in a rear naked choke for around five minutes until police arrived to the scene. One of the items that the suspects tried to take was a bracelet from Bryan’s father, who passed away over three months ago. Bryan stated during a press conference that he was concerned for their dog, Josie and that’s why he went after the burglars.

The suspect Bryan caught was Cesar Siosa, who was charged with burglary and had a felony warrant for his arrest on kidnapping and burglary charges.
