Daniel Bryan To Need Another Surgery

Daniel Bryan hasn’t competed in the WWE since his Extreme Rules pay-per-view match with Kane. About 10 days later, Bryan had neck surgery and it was expected that Bryan would be back by the Money in the Bank pay-per-view last month. It was deemed that he wouldn’t be healthy enough for the show and WWE stripped him of the WWE world heavyweight championship. It was reported recently that Bryan would possibly need a second surgery. That has now been confirmed.

It was revealed yesterday that on Thursday, Bryan had to thwart people trying to steal stuff from his home. During a press conference with his wife Brie Bella, Bryan confirmed that a WWE doctor told him on Thursday that he would need a second surgery.

Bryan stated that the nerve of his neck has suffered a “double crush”. That means the ulnar nerve, which runs from the neck into your elbow and then into your hand. Bryan stated that the WWE wants to take the nerve from around his arm and put it into his elbow. The former WWE champion stated that he has half the strength in his right arm compared to having full strength in his left arm.
