WWE SmackDown Results: Dean Ambrose Makes His SummerSlam Stipulation

First In-Ring Segment:

Welcome to Friday night Smackdown, Dean Ambrose makes his way out to the ring to kick things off. Dean says that the Authority thought that they had a solid plan on Monday, but they did not think of how smart Dean Ambrose was. He has a list of all the matches that they can have. Boxing match, housekeeping match, car washing match, some lame stuff. All of a sudden, Seth Rollins comes out. Seth says that what Ambrose did on Monday was cleaver. However, that was a long time ago and he wants to know what the stipulation of the match will be.  Seth says that it does not matter what kind of stipulation that Dean puts on it, because it will be the end of Ambrose. Dean asks if they are going to pay to see Rollins run away? Not this time because it is going to be a lumberjack match. Dean says that it will be the end of the line for Seth Rollins. At SummerSlam is the day that Mr. MITB goes broke. Rollins says he is not going anywhere, and he is the future of this company. Rollins says that the Authority has given him the option to pick the opponent for Ambrose tonight. That person is Randy Orton. 

First Match: Mark Henry & Big Show vs. Rybaxel

Henry and Axel will kick things off, Axel mocks Henry and then does the chicken crap heel schick. Henry with clubbing right hands, which leads to Axel running to the corner and tagging in Ryback. Henry with right hands, a head butt and a shoulder block in the corner. Axel with a blind tag, he knocks Henry down from behind and they put the boots to the big guy. Henry makes his comeback when he backdrops Ryback. Show tagged in and clears house. Show with a splash and attempts a chokeslam on Ryback, but gives him to Henry. This leads to a double finish with Henry hitting the WSS on Ryback and Big Show hitting the chokeslam on Axel for the win.

Winner: Mark Henry & Big Show

We see Dolph Ziggler talking to the divas backstage making fun of Seth Rollins from Raw. Rollins walks up and says that Ziggler is a laughing stalk in WWE. He mocks Ziggler, which leads to us having a match later on tonight.

Second Match: Sin Cara vs. Damien Sandow

Damien Sandow comes out as a border patrol officer.

Sandow beats down Cara, he mocks the crowd and hits an elbow drop. Sandow locks in a headlock, but Cara fights out. Cara hits a springboard heat butt, a clothesline and a springboard clothesline. Cara with head take over. Cara with a elbow for two. Sandow reverses and hits a neck breaker. Cara hits a samoan drop off a reversal. Cara with the front senton and that’s it.

Winner: Sin Cara

Third Match: Seth Rollins vs. Dolph Ziggler

Rollins get control early, locks in a headlock. He hits a snap suplex once, twice and a third time for a near fall. Rollins locks in a headlock, but Ziggler hits a jawbreaker to fight out. Ziggler with a dropkick, then another and goes for the fameasser, but Rollins sends him over the top rope to the floor.

We’re back and Rollins is in control, he lands a series of elbows while Ziggler is on the apron. He follows it up with a big boot. Ziggie makes his comeback when he hits a series of clotheslines. Ziggler with a splash in the corner followed by a series of right hands. Ziggler hits a neck breaker for a near fall. Ziggler hits a back suplex for two. Ziggler reverses a back suplex and hits a crossbody. Ziggler misses a splash in the corner and Rollins goes for a suplex, but Ziggler rolls him up for two. They exchange right hands, Rollins with a back kick, but Ziggler nails a DDT for 2. Ziggler goes for the zig zag, but Rollins rolls him up for two. Rollins pushed to the apron, he then uses the ropes. Rollins hits a springboard move, but Dolph moves and hits the fameasser for two. Rollins kicks Ziggler’s feet from under him, he shoves him shoulder first into the ring post. Back in the ring, Rollins hits the curb stomp for the victory.

Winner: Seth Rollins

Randy  Orton does a backstage promo with Renee Young, he hypes his match with Dean Ambrose.

Fourth Match: Paige vs. Natalya

Paige taunts Nattie and hits her, then Nattie hits her back and immediately puts her in a Sharpshooter. Paige gets to the ropes and crawls outside, so Nattie goes after her but Paige catches her with a legsweep and slams her down. She rolls back in the ring as the ref counts, mocking AJ Lee by skipping around, but Nattie makes it back in and surprises her with a rollup. Paige kicks out and drops her with a thrust kick, then she rolls her over and makes her submit to the PTO.

Winner: Paige

Fifth Match: Rusev w/Lana vs. Big E

Rusev with big chops and then stomps a mudd hole into Big E while in the corner. Big E blocks a splash and lands an elbow. Big E with a clothesline, he hits a belly to belly suplex followed by the big splash, but Rusev moves. Rusev with the superkick and the accolade to wrap it up.

Winner: Rusev

Chris Jericho is in the back, he cuts a promo about Bray Wyatt.

Sixth Match: Dean Ambrose vs. Randy Orton

In the early going this one is a technical clinic. Ambrose hits a snap suplex, he lands an elbow drop for two. Ambrose clotheslines Orton to the floor…

We’re back and Orton is in full control. Ambrose with a series of clotheslines to make his comeback. Ambrose with a series of right hands. Ambrose hits a back elbow and a DDT off the top rope for two. Ambrose goes for Dirty Deeds, but Orton blocks. Ambrose sends him to the floor, Ambrose goes for a dive, but Orton lands a forearm shot. Seth Rollins attempts to interfere, but Ambrose blocks. He hits Dirty Deeds on Orton, but Rollins comes back and attacks Ambrose to cause the DQ.

Rollins and Ambrose brawl around the ring, Rollins lays him out in the ring where he pours soda all over Ambrose.

Winner: Dean Ambrose by DQ
