Alberto Del Rio States He Can’t Wrestle In The United States For One Year

In doing a series of talk shows in Mexico on Friday, Alberto Del Rio stated that he cannot wrestle in the United States for one year. That is likely due to Del Rio breaching his WWE contract when he got involved in an altercation with a company employee.

Del Rio is in Mexico as it was announced yesterday that he will be appearing at AAA’s TripleMania this Sunday. As of right now, Del Rio will not be wrestling on the show, but will be a guest of the promotion as he cannot wrestle for 90 days. Del Rio will be wrestling under the moniker “El Patron”, which was Ricardo Rodriguez called him sometimes when he was ring announcing for Del Rio in WWE.
