Report: TNA Receives Television Contract Offer

Could TNA have a new television home for Impact Wrestling?

WrestlingInc.com is reporting that TNA has received an offer from the Discovery Network’s VELOCITY channel. The channel only airs in HD and is available in more than 50 million homes.

The site also reports that the right fees are about a quarter of what the company is currently getting in their contract with Spike TV. As of this time, TNA hasn’t accepted or rejected their offer.

Last month, TNA was told by Spike that they wouldn’t be offering the second biggest wrestling company in the United States a new television deal. The contract expires in October.

We will keep you updated on the latest happenings in the TNA television contract situation.
