The WWE last night made the long awaited announcement of the WWE Network. The network will debut on February 24. You will hear from Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin and John Cena. UFC 168 took place on Saturday night from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. In the main event, Chris Weidman defeated Anderson Silva to retain the UFC middleweight title after Silva broke his leg while throwing a leg kick, that was checked by Weidman.
In the co-feature, Ronda Rousey retained the UFC women’s bantamweight title defeating Miesha Tate by third round submission.
In today’s podcast, Steve recap UFC 168 with Bleacher Report MMA Lead Writer Duane Finley. The guys recap the main card, what’s next for each fighter.

It was a big weekend in the world of MMA.
UFC on Fox 9 took place on Saturday night from Sacramento, California with Demetrious Johnson defeating Joseph Benavidez by first round knockout in the main event to retain the UFC flyweight championship.
It was also announced on Friday that long time reigning UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre was vacating the title effective immediately and is unsure about a return to the octagon.
Steve talked with MMA analyst Gabriel Morency from Sirius XM and The Fight Network earlier today. Morency and Steve recapped the Fox 9 card, discussed why St-Pierre won’t come back, who will replace St-Pierre as a top draw and much more.

Invicta Fighting Championships returns for the first time in about five months with their seventh event. The show takes place on Saturday from the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City, Mo. The card features three title fights including the main event of Barb Honchak defending her Invicta flyweight title against Leslie Smith. The co-feature will have Invicta FC strawweight champion Carla Esparza will defend her belt against undefeated Brazilian superstar Claudia Gadelha.
