John Cena speaks to the media before WrestleMania 30 about the event, the young crop of stars in the WWE and who he would like to work with, wrestling The Rock the last two years, movies and more.
Last night’s WWE Wrestlemania 30 was one of the biggest events of all time. The opening segment of the show was something to remember as we saw three of the biggest names in the history of wrestling in the same ring as we saw Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and The Rock.
All three guys gave each other adulation for what they have done in their respective careers, put over the current talent and said their respective catchphrases.
The WWE has released a video with all three guys before they came out to the ring.
In perhaps the greatest upset in WrestleMania history, The Undertaker’s streak ended at 21 as he lost Brock Lesnar. The crowd was in a stunned silence when the fall happened as it like it was a dream. The loss didn’t come without some bumps and bruises for “The Deadman”.
ProWrestling.net and The Wrestling Observer that Undertaker was taken to the hospital after WrestleMania and it is believed that he suffered a concussion. The Observer also reported that Taker suffered a possible neck injury and would be staying overnight in the hospital and the injury was believed to happen when he took bad fall off a single leg.
As of right now, no word has come out on whether The Undertaker will be appearing at tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw.
Jeff Jarrett officially left TNA at the beginning of this year. The former WWE and TNA had been teasing something big with his series of #ItsComing videos in the last few months. In the last video, Jarrett promised an announcement for today.
Jarrett announced a short time ago that he is forming Global Force Wrestling, which you can found out more about at GlobalForceWrestling.com.
“Because of new media, new technology, and more ‘in tune’ fans than we’ve ever had, wrestling his poised for another boom period like it experienced in the mid 1980s and late 1990s,” Jarrett stated in a press release.
“What we’re going to deliver is a multi-platform, innovative brand that will engage fans in ways they’ve never experienced. It will provide a fresh perspective inside the business that fans have been clamoring for.
“The reality is we want to build a brand in which fans are watching our wrestlers evolve from day one and are truly invested in the lives of our talent in and out of the ring.”

Many people wondered what exactly The Ultimate Warrior would say on his long-awaited return to the WWE. And he did not disappoint headlining the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2014 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA as one of seven new members.
After becoming one of the top stars in the WWE during the late 80’s and 90’s, Warrior — which is his real name after changing it from his given name Jim Hellwig years ago — and the company parted ways in 1996. Since that time, both sides had been very outspoken about one another especially after the WWE released the DVD “The Self-Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior”, a scathing portrayal of the man behind the character.
Today is the BIGGEST event of the year for pro-wrestling aficionados, and we’re going to be here all day. [Read more...]
The Ultimate Warrior was the headlining act in last night’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. People were speculating since WWE announced he would be apart of this year’s class, that he would go off the rails and do a burial job of the company. Warrior ended up having one of the better speeches of the night.
Warrior announced during his speech that he and the WWE have agreed to a multi-year contract as an official ambassador for the company.
We haven’t seen The Rock since last year’s WWE Wrestlemania 29 when he lost the WWE Championship to John Cena. Rock had a variety of surgeries following the match and has a done a variety of movies since then.
Rock tweeted a photo last night confirming that he is in New Orleans, which is the site of tonight’s WWE Wrestlemania 30.

Will “The Great One” appear at WWE Wrestlemania 30? If he does, what will he do on the show? I don’t think he’s there to just chat and drink some coffee. We will find out like the rest of you, later tonight.

Last night WWE executives Triple H and his wife Stepahnie McMahon revealed the finished product of the arena. You can watch the video above.
Coming up on Saturday night, the WWE will induct seven more members into its Hall of Fame. It’s an interesting lineup to say the least with plenty of characters and even controversial choices. The entire ceremony will air live on the WWE Network beginning at 9pm Eastern.
* The Ultimate Warrior
An iconic character from the 80′s known best by fans for his wild entrances running to the ring and his even wilder, nonsensical promos that he would scream out. Warrior’s big moment was defeated Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania VI which many people thought would be the passing of the guard but it was not and Hogan would return to take the top spot in the company. He had plenty of detractors from his peers for his style, especially since was not a very good wrestler and his erratic personality. That’s likely why Linda McMahon will be introducing him and not a fellow wrestler.
