We haven’t seen CM Punk on WWE television since the Royal Rumble at the end of January. The former WWE champion left the company the Raw after the Rumble prior to an edition of Monday Night Raw. What To Expect On Tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw

RAW logo black

WWE Monday Night Raw takes place from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. Last Monday’s Raw ended with Daniel Bryan pinning WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton.

We are 20 days away from Wrestlemania 30 at the Mercedes Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. What can we expect on tonight’s edition of Raw as we inch closer to the biggest event of the year?

On last week’s show, Bryan “Occupied Raw” and got his long awaited match with HHH at Wrestlemania, with the caveat of if he defeats “The Game”, he will go onto to the main event of the Wrestlemania 30 to face Orton and Batista. HHH stated that he will address Bryan on the show tonight. Expect some sort of confrontation with the two and possibly an appearance by Shawn Michaels. “The Heartbreak Kid” resides in San Antonio, so maybe we see him confront either guy.

The Undertaker will also be in the house tonight. Paul Heyman has stated that he is in Texas, so expect either separate promos or another confrontation like we saw last week. Brock Lesnar isn’t scheduled for tonight’s show as he will be on the show the last two weeks prior to Wrestlemania.

Orton and Batista will also be in the house as well. Would expect them to get involved with each other as Batista speared the champion during the main event tag team match. Or could they unite to try and take out Bryan? Could see both scenarios playing out to create more intrigue for the main event of Wrestlemania as both guys need to generate more of a reaction for themselves heading into the big show in about three weeks.

Sting States That He Wants His Last Match To Be Against The Undertaker

Sting was last seen in the ring in January for TNA. It has been widely assumed that Sting will not be returning to TNA. Speculation has also been that Sting will make that long awaited debut in the WWE in the not too distant future.

The TNA Hall of Famer took in a Q&A session in London and naturally he was asked by a fan if he will face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31 next year.

WWE NXT Spoilers For Shows Through The End Of April

nxt

The WWE taped episodes of NXT last night at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The company taped four episodes that will run through the month of April. You can watch episodes of NXT on the WWE Network. Here is what happened at the tapings.

Dark Match

-Kalisto (f/k/a Samuray Del Sol) defeated El Local. This was probably dark, but replays were shown post-match so it wasn’t 100 percent clear.

Episode One (April 3):

-Emma over Sasha Banks.

-The Ascension beat two local wrestlers. One of the jobbers was FIP talent Johnny Vandal.

-Brodus Clay pinned Xavier Woods. Brodus cut a promo saying WWE took everything from him, so now it’s his time to do the taking. He said he’ll start by taking the NXT Championship.

-Tyler Breeze defeated Yoshi Tatsu.

-Corey Graves beat Sami Zayn.

Episode Two (April 10):

-Adam Rose over Danny Burch.

-Bayley defeated Sasha Banks.

-Mojo Rawley pinned Sylvester Lefort. Post-match, Brodus came out and attacked Lefort. He called out Neville, but backed down when Neville came down to the ring.

The segment likely ended here, because Neville addressed the fans and said that Bo was going to attempt to occupy NXT. He told the crowd to turn their backs to the ring when Bo tries.

Bo came out and attempted to occupy NXT but the crowd turned their backs and had none of it. Bo flipped out and threw the mic; basically had a complete meltdown. NXT General Manager JBL came out and told Bo that he doesn’t have another shot at the NXT Title, but he does have a match with Justin Gabriel.

-Bo Dallas defeated Justin Gabriel. This match was super boring. It apparently felt like it dragged on for ten hours.

Episode Three (April 17):

-Aiden English pinned Colin Cassady. English used a handful of tights.

-Camacho beat Oliver Grey.

-The Ascension defeated two jobbers.

-The Great Khali over CJ Parker. Parker was crapping on the crowd, so the crowd was happy when Khali came out and killed Parker.

-Jason Jordan and Tye Dillinger beat Sawyer Fulton and Baron Corbin.

-Adrian Neville beat Brodus Clay by countout It appears as though this program will carry on into the next set of tapings.

Episode Four (April 24):

-Charlotte and Sasha Banks over Paige and Emma. Charlotte pinned Paige.

-Alexander Rusev defeated Travis Tyler.

-Tyson Kidd beat Mason Ryan. Kidd put NXT over after the match.

-Tyler Breeze pinned Angelo Dawkins.

-The Usos and Sami Zayn defeated The Ascension and Corey Graves.

What To Expect On Tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw

wwe logo

Tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw takes place from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee. At the end of last week’s Raw, Batista faced Daniel Bryan in the main event with Kane and HHH getting involved. Bryan was able to thwart them before before getting speared and a Batista bomb. HHH then ensued to give Bryan a pedigree to end the show.

On tonight’s show we expect to hear from Bryan regarding the attack and once again call out the WWE COO. With four weeks until WrestleMania 30, one would assume that HHH will accept Bryan’s challenge for the match.

Also on tonight’s show, The Undertaker is scheduled to appear to make an announcement. “The Deadman” was also advertised last week, but he will be in Memphis tonight. It is expected that The Undertaker will address the comments made last week by his WrestleMania 30 opponent Brock Lesnar and his manager Paul Heyman. The duo isn’t expected to be on tonight’s show.

WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan will also be in the house for tonight’s show. The guest host of WrestleMania 30 will be making a special announcement regarding the big show taking place in four weeks. What will the big announcement be?

Will Hogan make a WrestleMania match? Will it be an announcement regarding the WWE Hall of Fame? Tune into tonight’s Raw starting at 8 p.m. ET on USA to find out.

Second Match: Steel Cage Match
Samuel Shaw vs. Mr. Anderson

We go back to the cage and JB is doing introductions for this one, no Christy Hemme because of the storyline. You must escape the cage to win this one. Samuel Shaw is out first. Shaw takes the mic and says if Hemme doesn’t get out here right now, he’s going to “end it all.” Fans chant “creepy bastard” as Shaw climbs to the top of the cage like he’s going to jump. Mr. Anderson’s music hits and out he comes. Anderson says Shaw doesn’t want to jump because it’s not high enough. Fans chant for Shaw to jump. Anderson says all Shaw will do is break an ankle and be more of a goof than he already is. Anderson says Shaw needs at least four or five stories. Anderson tells Shaw to come let Anderson beat him up and then he will give him a ride wherever he wants to go. Anderson gets the “creepy bastard” chant going again and heads to the ring.

Shaw comes down and we get the bell. Shaw stalls and fans boo. Anderson catches a kick and nails a clothesline. Christy Hemme comes walking down to ringside as Anderson beats Shaw around. Hebner is down with the key so you must climb to escape. Anderson goes for another Mic Check and this time drops Shaw into the turnbuckle. Shaw walks out of the cage and this time Hebner is there to see the winner.

Winner: Samuel Shaw

Backstage, Team Dixie is arguing over who is taking what percentage of TNA Wrestling after they win tonight’s match. After a video package showing off Ethan Carter III destroying Kurt Angle’s knee – or what’s left of it – EC3 makes his way down to the ring. There’s a group of fans in the front row all with “TROUBLE” signs. EC3 says that he had a dream all his life to face one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, Kurt Angle. The crowd sets in with a “you can’t wrestle!” chant, and Carter says he killed Angle’s knee with a wrestling move. He announces an open challenge for anybody who wants to compete….and…BOBBY LASHLEY IS HERE!?

EC3 tells Bobby to leave the ring because he’s not on the roster. He tries to take a cheap shot and Lashley ducks, picking him up and slamming him down with a running power slam. He perches himself in the corner and hits a massive spear that turns Carter inside-out.

Third Match: Steel Cage Match
Manik vs. Tigre Uno

They start off the match with a lock-up, and both guys trade arm drag attempts and do some crazy counter-wrestling. Counter, counter, missed dropkick, missed dropkick, stereo missed dropkicks. We’re about a minute in and I’m not sure anybody has actually hit a move yet; so many counters.

Manik tries to throw his opponent into the cage and Tigre holds on and climbs it instead. He comes off the cage with a great moonsault, taking the former X-Division champion down. Tigre starts climbing the cage and Manik dropkicks him into the door, popping it open. The referee closes the door – I don’t think that was intention.

Manik does his stick-in-the-ropes Spiderman thing off an Irish whip, and dodges out of the way, senting Tigre crashing into the cage. Winner: Tigre Uno

Gunner with a big suplex on the floor. Gunner continues the assault and sends Storm into the steel steps. Gunner tosses some steel chairs into the cage and goes back to work on Storm. Storm counters and slams him into the steps. They continue brawling outside of the cage. Gunner slides in a part of the steps also. Storm knocks Gunner into the cage with the door. The bell finally rings and here we go. The referee counts Gunner but he gets to his feet.

More back and forth. Storm with a nice jumping DDT out of the corner. The referee counts Gunner again. Storm chokes Gunner with a rope from the turnbuckle now. Storm catapults Gunner under the second rope and tells the referee to count him again. Storm keeps control and beats Gunner around the ring. Gunner gets fired up and explodes out of the corner. Gunner with a big knee and another. Gunner gets blocked and eats a knee. Storm charges but Gunner smacks him in the face with part of the steel steps. The referee counts Storm now.

Gunner blocks Last Call but Storm sends him head first into a steel chair that has been wedged in the corner. The referee counts on Gunner again. Storm with a chair shot to the gut and over the back. Storm misses a clothesline and Gunner tackles him. Gunner drops Storm face first on a chair. Gunner slams Storm again onto the chair. Gunner goes to the top and comes crashing down but Storm gets the chair up and Gunner lands hard. Storm with chairshots to the back now. Fifth Match: Steel Cage Match for the TNA Knockouts Championship
Madison Rayne (c) vs. Gail Kim

The bell ring and Gail tries to escape but Madison pulls her down. Madison works Gail over but catches a big knee to the gut. More back and forth. Gail blocks Madison’s scissor move on the mat and goes to leave but the cage is locked. Madison with more offense now. They fight on the side of the cage now. Madison uses her legs to slams Gail’s face into the side of the cage. Madison gets knocked to the mat and lands hard. Gail with a two count.

Gail uses the cage on Madison as Tapa yells in her face. Gail sends Madison into the mat again and covers for another two count. More offense by Gail. Gail with a running clothesline in the corner. Gail shows off and blows a kiss to the crowd. Gail with a backbreaker across the knee before stretching Madison out. Gail charges in the corner but Madison moves and Gail smacks the cage hard.
