Thanks to FiveOuncesOfPain.com for finding this interview with Rampage Jackson from the Jimmy Kimmel Show. It’s good to see Quinton getting out there and being his normal hilarious self. The comedic chemistry between Rampage and Kimmel makes Rampage seem like a younger and much more dangerous Ed McMahon.

That's the word as WWE has once again signed D'Lo Brown. He originally debuted with the company 1997 before being released from his contract of February of 2003.
He has since wrestled around the world, including an stint in the early days of TNA Wrestling. Recently, he had been wrestling in Japan and had served as an agent with TNA for a short time.
D'Lo has always been a good hand and it's nice to see him back with the WWE. I just hope that he once again wears the chest protector to shield his once torn pec. If Cowboy Bob Orton can wear a cast on his arm for two decades, D'Lo can get away with wearing the chest protector again.

MMARated.com is reporting that at a press conference tomorrow Affliction’s MMA promotion will be announcing the signing of Andrei Arlovski. If most of the recent speculation is correct he will be fighting Ben Rothwell on July 19th’s Affliction: Banned card.
Even though some of Arlovski’s latter fights in the UFC were lacking in excitement this is still a blow to the UFC’s heavyweight division. With Arlovski now gone, Randy Couture leaving or retiring, and Tim Sylvia also fighting for Affliction the UFC has seen 3 of the last 4 heavyweight champions leave the company within the last year.
On the other side of the coin it looks like Affliction has been able to put together arguably the best heavyweight division in MMA. With Fedor, Tim Sylvia, Andrei Arlovski, Josh Barnett, Pedro Rizzo, and Ben Rothwell all signed Affliction won’t have a shortage of interesting heavyweight matchups for quite some time.
Also of note at tomorrow’s press conference will be the announcement that Donald Trump has become an equity partner in the Affliction promotion. Given the strong numbers Elite XC did on Saturday night for CBS I wouldn’t be surprised if another network gained a sudden interest in airing MMA programming. After fielding a pretty deep talent roster and adding Trump for some celebrity clout I would think Affliction is well situated should another network come calling.

“Hardcore Heaven” is the theme of WWE 24/7 during the month of July, as the channel focuses on some of the wildest and most extreme action from the past.
The Big Ones will feature ECW’s Living Dangerously ’99 PPV as well as two WWE House shows, while the Shorties segments present trademark NWA/WCW War Games matches.

TNAWrestling.com has announced that Kamala, Koko B. Ware, Jake Roberts, and George Steele will serve as Jay Lethal’s groomsmen for his marriage to SoCal Val at the Slammiversary PPV this Sunday. Certainly a far more appealing lineup than Hulk Hogan‘s Celebrity Championship Wrestling stars.

PWInsider.com‘s Mike Johnson has posted the celebrities slated to appear on Hulk Hogan’s wrestling reality series. Scheduled for the program are Todd Bridges, Butterbean, Dustin Diamond, Erin Murphy, Frank Stallone, Tiffany, Real World’s Trishelle, and Playboy model Nikki Ziering. Wow - some names, huh (I know what you‘re thinking, but no - I’m not going to provide the information as to who the Hell all of these people are. Sorry - if you are interested, just click on the link)?
There are apparently several other stars negotiating with the show as well (I'm on the edge of my seat).

With all the controversy surrounding many aspects of Kimbo Slice’s fight against James Thompson I found Bas Rutten’s commentary on the fight to be a good read. In addition to being an MMA legend Bas is also Kimbo’s trainer, which makes some of his opinions seem refreshingly honest. Click “Read More” for some of the highlights.
