Former UFC Champion Andrei Arlovski is currently a free agent. There have plenty of rumors on where he may be fighting next from EliteXC to Affliction to once again fighting for the UFC. Not even UFC President Dana White knows where he may end up as he told Yahoo! Sports.
"We want to sign him. It’s our intention to sign him. But I don’t know. We’re, well, I don’t know. We want to. Whether we will or not, I have no idea. We like Andrei and I know the fans like Andrei. I hope we can do something."
Well, that's honest. There have been reports that the UFC has the right of first refusal of any offer that Arlovski receives. That may not be necessary if Affliction offers "The Pitbull" a huge money offer which White and the UFC will refuse to pay. Simply put, the UFC wants to keep Arlovski - but only at what they feel is a fair price. Comments (1) | Views: 527 | Read more... |
