Raw Rating Both Drops and Improves

Dave Scherer of PWInsider.com is reporting Monday’s Raw rating as a 3.9. While the number is down from last week’s commercial-free show (which drew a 4.5), the rating is still an increase when compared to recent advertisement-included Raw broadcasts.
