This episode of Raw features a triple threat match to determine a #1 contender for the WWE Championship, plus DX is in tag team action. Also, Mr. McMahon explains his actions from last week regarding Bret Hart. All this, plus a whole lot more.

Tonight we emanate from beautiful Minneapolis, Minnesota.

We begin with our special guest host, “Iron” Mike Tyson (he’s still got it.) cutting an in-ring promo. He tosses to a video package of the last time he was involved with the WWE. Crowd: “You screwed Shawn.” He gets interrupted by WWE Champ Sheamus. He gets in Tyson’s face, and Mike fakes a head butt. They get interrupted by Randy Orton who wants to be named the #1 contender. They get interrupted by John Cena. Funny stuff from him, as he makes references to Mike Tyson’s Punch Out video game. Guess what? He wants to be named the #1 contender. They get interrupted by Kofi Kingston. You guessed it…HE wants to be named #1 contender. Sheamus says because he defended his title 2 weeks ago, he shouldn’t have to defend his title at the Royal Rumble PPV. Tyson makes a triple threat match for tonight between Orton, Kingston, and Cena.

Did you know? Last Monday, Raw was, once again, the #1 show on cable TV. The graphic told me so.

Kelly Kelly vs. Alicia Fox in a Divas Championship Tournament match.
Kelly sporting an extremely tight zebra-print outfit. As far as wrestling goes, hey, it’s a Divas match. Endgame: Alica counters a Kelly hurricanrana into a power-bomb for the 1-2-3. Your winner as a result of a pinfall, Alicia Fox.

Legacy vs. Evan Bourne and Mark Henry.
Pre-match, Legacy cuts an in-ring promo. They argue over whose turn it is to win the Royal Rumble. The match itself is pretty much what you’d expect. Bourne hits high spots, Henry uses power moves, Rhodes and DiBiase use quick tags and double teams to their advantage. Endgame: Rhodes nails Bourne with the Cross-Rhodes for the 1-2-3. Your winners as a result of a pinfall, Legacy.

Backstage, DX share a moment, sporting their new (American) football jerseys. Shawn says he wants to make amends with Tyson. HHH tells him that Tyson is crazy, but HBK thinks he’s changed.

After break, Tyson and HBK share a moment. Tyson isn’t sorry he knocked out Shawn at Wrestlemania XIV. They get interrupted by Chris Jericho. Apparently he’s friends with Mike Tyson. They make a match tonight. DX vs. Chris Jericho and Mike Tyson! If DX wins, Jericho can stay on Raw or any other show.

Jack Swagger vs. Santino in an over the top rope challenge.
Jack Swagger cuts and in-ring promo, and he guarantees a win at the Royal Rumble match, and to prove it, he issues a challenge to anyone in the back to see if they can throw him over the top rope. Endgame: Swagger has an early advantage, but Santino reverses a throw and puts Swagger over the top. Your winner, Santino.

Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston vs. John Cena in a triple threat match to determine a #1 contender to the WWE Championship.
Some confusion early as Kofi and Cena try to double-team Orton. They get on track, and throw Orton out of the ring. Sheamus appears at the ramp, and distracts Cena and Kofi. Just as he does, Orton attacks. After ad break, Orton is in control, and drops Cena with the second rope with DDT. Good back and forth sees all three guys hit their finishers at one point. Endgame: Legacy interferes Randy hits the RKO on Kofi for the 1-2-3. Your winner as a result of pinfall, Randy Orton. He will face Sheamus at the Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship.

Backstage Josh Matthews interviews Mike Tyson. They get interrupted by Hornswoggle. Tyson threatens him to do unscrupulous things to his body.

Backstage, The Miz is outside the locker room and complains about respect. He also does a spot-on impression of JBL. He walks to the ring with the mic talking the whole time, running down the #1 contender to his US Title, MVP. He’s interrupted by MVP. The two have a very good back and forth, that results in MVP getting in Miz’s face. They exchange kicks and punches, and MVP gets the upper hand when he kicks Miz out of the ring.

Eve Torres vs. Katie Lea Burchill in a Divas Championship Tournament match.
Maryse is on commentary. Standard Diva fare. Endgame: Eve rolls up Katie Lea for the 1-2-3. Your winner as a result of a pinfall, Eve Torres.

Mr. McMahon struts to the ring to discuss his actions last week toward Bret “The Hitman” Hart. He dispels the rumor that he hired extra security to prevent Bret from being there. He claims that Bret will never be seen in a WWE ring again.

We learn that next week’s special guest hosts are Don Johnson and Jon Heder. (Sonny Crockett and Napoleon Dynamite together at last!)

Unified Tag Team Champions DX vs. Chris Jericho and “Iron” Mike Tyson in a non-title match.
Tyson and Michaels start out. Mike actually wrestles, and doesn’t stink up the joint. He gets the better of HBK, who tags in HHH. Those two go at it, and Jericho tags himself in. After a few more tags between DX, and a Jericho half-moon, Hornswoggle interrupts the festivities. Jericho turns his back on Tyson who takes off one shirt to reveal another shirt. This one is emblazoned with DX logos and color scheme. Tyson then lays out Jericho with one punch. They all celebrate in the ring with Tyson’s teenage son. Crotch chops all around.

Fade to black, good night from Minneapolis.

Let me get this straight...Last week Santino gets his ass kicked by Hornswoggle, this week he wins over Swagger?
