The DNA - Daily News and Analysis - website reported yesterday that the Punjab Police Department in Jalandhar, India wish to speak with Dalip “The Great Khali” Singh Rana regarding the wrestler’s alleged two-year sick leave from the force.

Rana - who is technically still employed by the Punjab Armed Police in Jalhandar - has continued to receive his monthly salary while wrestling in the U.S. A department representative stated that Rana’s future with the force is in his hands and offered no committal regarding possible punishment for their now-famous countryman.
