Devin Cutting of PWInsider.com has posted the following news items from WWE’s annual stockholder’s meeting:

The 2008 Tribute to the Troops Christmas special will air on NBC. In addition, MyNetworkTV plans to broadcast a one-hour recap of WrestleMania XXIV (Mike Johnson also reported yesterday that Saturday Night’s Main Event will return on August 2nd from 9:00-10:00 PM).

Vince McMahon stated that Umaga will likely be switching brands in the near future and also addressed the Chris Benoit tragedy, Congress’ investigation of pro wrestling, and more.

I actually haven't checked out the meeting yet, but if you click on the Devin Cutting link here, there is another link within that article where you can watch the stockholders gathering in its entirety.
