Competing in the Deuces Wild event are Christian Cage and Rhino, LAX, AJ Styles and Super Eric, and Team 3D, Sting and James Storm, Matt Morgan and Kip James, Robert Roode, Booker T, BG James, and Knockout Champion Awesome Kong - with the latter four comprising the remaining two duos in the tourney via a random draw during the PPV. I still feel the company made a mistake by failing to announce the actual tournament matches, as many fans may be hesitant to purchase a show when half of the lineup has yet to be determined.

The Deuces Wild competition is a typical convoluted TNA creation, although I will admit that it could be interesting to see how the tourney plays out. I also like the fact that a greater emphasis has been placed on the Tag Team Titles, a scene so often overlooked in today’s wrestling world by all promotions. Prediction: Christian Cage and Rhino.

The main event features TNA World Champion Samoa Joe defending his belt against Scott Steiner - accompanied by brother Rick - and former TNA kingpin Kurt Angle in a three-way bout. This match will likely be great in the ring, but the success of last month’s Joe-Angle Lockdown contest has undoubtedly been watered down by matching the two together so often since then. Prediction: Samoa Joe via pinfall on Steiner.

Also scheduled for the card is a TNA Knockout battle royale where the final two participants will compete in a Ladder Match. The original stipulations here were that the winner would receive a future Knockout Title shot, with the losing girl having her head shaved bald. However, Gail Kim won an Immunity Match last Thursday on Impact to earn exemption from the shearing, meaning that the battle royal runner-up will now lose her hair. I have no idea why on Earth this was necessary, but that’s what we are looking at nonetheless. Prediction: Roxxi Laveaux over Jackie Moore to earn a championship opportunity.

The TerrorDome Match will debut at Sacrifice pitting ten X Division wrestlers vying for number-one contendership to the X Strap. Grapplers are confined within a thirty-foot high steel structure, with the first man escaping the cage through a hole at the top being declared the victor. Prediction: Jay Lethal.
