The crew member was on top of a scaffolding when it collapsed, leading the worker to fall and hit the concrete. He was rushed to a local hospital where he later died form his injuries.

Another worker lost his thumb in the accident, but is expected to recover. None of the men's names have been released. TNA has not yet publicly acknowledged the accident
