According to Lt. Paul Dondero there were several collisions involved. Then according to Dondero, "Mr. Jackson fled from those was first [observed] by a Costa Mesa motor officer driving with one flat tire while talking on a cell phone and weaving in & out of traffic." He also apparently failed to stop with lights ans sirens blaring. He was also at one point driving on the sidewalk, got into another collision. He then continued running red lights and finally came to a stop and taken into custody.

According to Dondero as fo 7:48 p.m. ET Jackson was still in police custody, his bail has been set at $25,000 and was in the process of being booked.

In a fun little interesting note, the truck that Rampage was driving had his face painted on the side. I'm pretty sure any hope he had of an immediate rematch with Forrest Griffin have just died.
