| Flair Family Domestic Dispute Leads to Altercation With Police |

North Carolina‘s WTVD-TV is reporting that Ashley Fliehr - daughter of Ric Flair - was arrested on Saturday night and charged with both assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. Police were called to a Chapel Hill apartment complex on the night in question when neighbors heard a commotion outside the building. Upon arriving on the scene, officers found Flair, his daughter, and an unidentified 22-year old man. Ric and the male companion had apparently been involved in a fight which left the legendary wrestler “bloodied and bruised”. Flair opted not to press charges against the man, but Ashley has been accused of kicking a police officer and apparently had a taser gun used on her. Fliehr’s boyfriend later told ABC-11 Eyewitness News that the incident was a family matter which has since been resolved. Her first court appearance is slated for October 6.
