Angle Cleared of DUI Charge

An Allegheny County, PA judge has found Kurt Angle not guilty of both driving under the influence and careless driving, reports Post-Gazette.com.

Angle was arrested in October of last year after a witness claimed that the gold medalist had almost struck her car while leaving a bar in Moon, PA. Angle’s attorney challenged the prosecution’s use of a civilian witness and pointed out that no police officer could place the TNA star inside the vehicle at a specific time.

Basically, they never had a case. Doesn't make it untrue though.

i just watched an angle interview and he said the cops came to his house 40 minutes later and wanted him to go take a drug test and he said no...then they found out the women who called in on him had just gotten a DUI herself and that made matters worse...angle said he was texting russo while driving and that was why he swerved...but who knows?
