There was plenty of buzz coming out of WrestleMania 31 after UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey appeared side-by-side with The Rock and got the best of both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. It was easy to suggest that this was to set Rousey in a match at next year’s event either against McMahon 1-on-1 or a mixed tag match.
Just one problem: Dana White says it’s not happening.
What she did on WrestleMania was awesome, it was awesome. It came off great. I loved it. She’s a one and done. (No matches for her in her future), nope.
The night: Historic. The moment: Electric. The Rock, Ronda &the WWE Universe: Magic. We’re just gettin’ started… pic.twitter.com/mUOoBIFsaQ

There’s still a lot of time between now and WrestleMania 32. WWE would be crazy not to try everything to get her for that show considering she’s the biggest name in MMA right now and the company looking for special attractions if they hope to break their own attendance record at AT&T Stadium and fill it with over 100,000 fans.
You can’t blame White though, He has to protect his own brand and Rousey is their top attraction. Maybe a deal can be worked out but it would have to be a juicy one before White will sign off.
