Wrestling Fix: Eric Young goes off on TNA critics, Dixie Carter approves, Dolph Ziggler talks re-signing and more links

The work week begins with Taryn Terrell. She says she’s not leaving TNA anytime soon, despite reports.

After last night’s TNA Slammiversary pay-per-view event, Eric Young railed against critics on Twitter. Language!

Maybe Young realized cussing out fans — even dissatisfied ones — who paid money for a TNA pay-per-view wasn’t a good idea. He eventually deleted his original post. Of course, once it’s on the Internet, it’s there forever. Young followed up with.

And here’s the PG/PC version of his original tweet.

How does Dixie Carter feel about one of her wrestlers telling fans to f-themselves? She probably doesn’t like the original tweet but approves of this message — and bad grammar.

Young’s rant is obviously ill advised. No TV network — Destination America or any other — would look favorably upon any of this. And Carter essentially endorsing it with a retweet is even more mind boggling given her background in public relations.

Cussing in tweets was apparently the new hotness in TNA Sunday night. At least EC3 has a reason to be excited — and wasn’t jawing with fans.

Nevertheless, auntie Dixie was in good spirits after the PPV — when she wasn’t debating Twitter trolls and retweeting every bit of positive feedback.
